A live gathering for tapping, real life, and being human together
There are times when we need more than information. We need a place where we can bring what is real, be witnessed, tap together, and discover what shifts when we do not have to figure everything out alone.
The Emotional Freedom Circle is that kind of place.
We bring our intuition, life experience, curiosity, and collective wisdom together in nourishing ways. We use EFT Tapping extensively, along with grounding and other ways of helping our bodies and emotions settle, soften, and move.
What you bring might be about your body, emotions, relationships, family, money, rest, a hard decision, a change you are living through, or something you are building, crafting, or shaping that matters to you. Real life is welcome here.
How the Circle works
We gather live on Zoom, typically for about an hour, an average of once a week. Calls rotate across days and times so people with varied schedules and across time zones have opportunities to join us.
Sometimes one person works directly with Rick while everyone else taps along. You may recognize yourself in what they bring—or notice something useful through the ways your experience is different. The wisdom that emerges in a real group is not planned in advance. It arises from who is there and what is alive for us that day.
You are always invited to take care of yourself. You can volunteer or simply listen and tap along. You can pause, mute, arrive late, leave early, say no, or take what is useful and leave the rest. You decide how deeply to participate on any particular day.
Open Circle gatherings are not recorded. Real Skills Workshops, when offered, are typically 90 minutes and are recorded. We will always let you know in advance when a gathering will be recorded so you can choose whether and how to participate.
If EFT Tapping is new to you, we recommend our free Learn EFT Tapping course before your first gathering.
Some members come often. Others return after an absence or at a time when support would make a real difference. People join the Circle for a reason, a season, and sometimes for long-term connections that endure.
Is the Circle right for you?
The Circle may be a YES if you value a live, human gathering where you can experience belonging without pressure or obligation. There is room to:
- practice emotional freedom rather than only read or learn about it;
- receive support from Rick and the collective presence of the group;
- benefit from other people’s real-life experiences;
- remain responsible for your own choices, boundaries, and well-being; and
- participate only in ways that feel right to you.
The Circle is group coaching and shared emotional-freedom practice. It is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for any additional professional support that may be appropriate for you.
Become a Circle member
Circle membership is contribution-supported. Choose any one-time or monthly contribution that feels right to you. After you complete the membership form, you’ll receive immediate access to the Circle. Watch your email for your welcome messages and login information.
If making a contribution is not workable for you right now—or if you would simply rather connect with Rick first—please email Rick@ThrivingNow.com. You do not need to explain or justify your circumstances. Questions are welcome, too.
If the Circle is a YES for you, I look forward to welcoming you and being with whatever you are working through, creating, or wanting support with.
And if it is not a YES right now, thank you for taking care of yourself and choosing what fits.
Warm smiles,

Rick ~ Thriving Now
P.S. Private coaching with Rick is also available when focused time just for you would be useful.
